Beef Short Rib:

• Braised Beef Short Ribs Served with Bordelaise Sauce with Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Rosemary Red Potatoes.

Chicken:

• Parmesan Crusted Chicken Served with Buttermilk Whipped Potato and Seasonal Vegetables.

Cauliflower Steak (Vegetarian):

• Seared Cauliflower Steak served with Herb Butter, Arugula Pesto, Crispy Chickpeas and Sundried Tomatoes (Vegetarian).

Carrot Cake:

• Carrot Cake Layers with Tangy Cream Cheese Filling & Pecans.

Fruit Bowl – Mixed Seasonal Fruits

DRINKS:

Lemonade, Ice Tea, Coffee, Hot Tea.
