Our Vision
To encourage, support and motivate each other to achieve professionally, to develop our true potential as women, and to have fun in the process.
In 1984, local woman business leader Muffett Callender founded the Rancho Santa Fe Business and Professional Women’s Association in order to create a support system for other professional women who lived in the village of Rancho Santa Fe. Today, by expanding its boundaries, RSFbpw has evolved to become even more diverse, with membership comprised of women who live and/or work throughout North County San Diego. Even so, the group’s original focus remains the same – to encourage, support and motivate members both professionally and personally.

The Rancho Santa Fe Business and Professional Women’s Association is a diverse organization of women who live and work primarily in North County San Diego.
The primary focus of our group is to encourage, support and motivate each other not just in our business, but to develop our true potential as women in our community and have a lot of fun in the process.
Our goal is to have programs with speakers who educate, inspire, motivate, or entertain us.
