MISSION | To encourage, support and motivate each other to achieve professionally, to develop our true potential as women, and to have fun in the process.
In 1987, local woman business leader Muffett Callender founded the Rancho Santa Fe Business and Professional Women’s Association in order to create a support system for other professional women who lived in the village of Rancho Santa Fe. Today, by expanding its boundaries, RSFbpw has evolved to become even more diverse, with membership comprised of women who live and/or work throughout North County San Diego. Even so, the group’s original focus remains the same – to encourage, support and motivate members both professionally and personally.
You must have attended RSFBPW two times, have filled out a membership application (ask Sandi Marvich or Jill Harris for an application) and have turned it in and been approved before you can join RSFBPW. The dues for RSFBPW members are only for existing members, not visitors who want to join.
